Our claims department provides support and guidance to our clients on all aspects of their claims submission in addition to building excellent relationships working with (re)insurers and their appointed experts to ensure prompt and accurate flow of information between parties. The involvement of our claims department ensures the recovery of claims as quickly and efficiently as possible to the satisfaction of our clients.
All claims personnel liaise closely with the broking teams and directors. Together with an efficient claims reporting facility, this allows for consistency when discussing / negotiating accounts with both clients and (re)insurers.
